Orion Healthcare Equity Partners is an international healthcare venture capital firm founded by investors with more than forty years of combined investment experience. The Orion partners have over the past twelve years invested in more than fifty emerging healthcare companies located in the USA, Europe and Asia. Our partners are supported by a global network of Advisors with vast industry experience. We invest in companies developing products addressing major medical or healthcare industry needs while taking a capital efficient approach to value creation. Our objective is to align investor and management interests in achieving superior industrial and financial outcomes. We have offices in Boston, London and Tokyo and will actively support portfolio companies in their international expansion.

Orion is a healthcare venture capital firm investing in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and instrumentation fields. Orion invests across multiple stages of product development, from late pre-clinical to clinical stage for drugs or advanced prototype for devices and instruments, through early commercialization. We focus on early rounds of financing for private companies, while also considering investments in public companies raising PIPEs or other financing vehicles. We target investment opportunities and exits in the USA, Europe and Asia/Pacific.
