South Bend, Ind. (4/1/2015) – Orion Equity Partners LLC and other investorsannounced the acquisition of Castle Point Apartments, a 740 unit multifamily community located in South Bend, Indiana in partnership with Metonic Real Estate Solutions and Seldin, Inc.
Castle Point Apartments was built in three phases between 1974 and 1980. The 31 buildings consist of one and two bedroom apartments ranging between 737 and 1,340 square feet. The 20,000 square foot clubhouse offers residents best‐in class amenities, including indoor basketball and tennis courts. The property is situated on the north side of I‐80/90, two miles from the University of Notre Dame, St. Mary’s College, and Holy Cross College.
Orion and Metonic will implement an extensive property improvement plan, including a clubhouse renovation, new parking garages, and apartment upgrades to kitchen countertops, flooring and washer/dryers.
