CREVE COEUR, Mo. (9/17/13) – Orion Equity Partners and other investors announced the purchase of CityPlace 6, a 223,000 square foot, Class A office building in Creve Coeur, Mo. in partnership with Metonic Real Estate Solutions and Seldin, Inc.
Completed by Koman in 2006, CityPlace 6 sits prominently at the front of the state-of-the-art, master- planned CityPlace office campus, the premier office park in St. Louis. The 10-story office tower is strategically located at the intersection of Interstate 270 and Olive Boulevard and provides breathtaking views of the Clayton business district, the St. Louis Gateway Arch, and the rolling hills of western St. Louis and St. Charles Counties. The building is currently 91 percent occupied.
